Sapphiris was founded in 2016 by Chase Poulton — originally rooted in music, and later transformed through a love for design, real estate, and technology. What began as a creative exploration quickly became a calling. After building his own real estate website, Chase discovered a passion for the design and development process that led him to pursue formal training in software engineering through multiple fast-paced bootcamps.
With an artistic background and technical expertise, Chase launched Sapphiris as a design-forward digital studio committed to creating custom websites that break free from cookie-cutter templates. The name Sapphiris is a tribute to two enduring sources of inspiration: the sapphire (symbol of strength and wisdom) and the iris (symbol of creativity and color). Together, they represent what this brand is all about — vibrant, resilient, and unique - meaningful digital experiences.

The name Sapphiris combines the sapphire — known for its strength, clarity, and spectrum of color — with the iris, the Greek word for rainbow and symbol of vibrant expression. It's also a personal tribute: a blend of two things my mother loves and admires. Just like its name, Sapphiris represents resilience, beauty, and bold originality.
