About Us

We're a small team in the Greater Orlando area passionate about helping small-to-medium businesses tap into technology and efficiencies that are typically reserved for sprawling enterprises. Our core business is web design, but we continuously look for ways to help our clients be at their best.

Through subcontracts and partnerships, we're able to offer an ever-expanding variety of services, which would often be out of reach for small businesses--either because of the cost, or the learning curve.

Meet the Team

Cheryl Kozak

Manager, End Market Solutions

Cheryl manages a portfolio of products that target your end market: users, customers, etc. This includes promotional products, direct-to-consumer strategies, social media, and point-of-sale solutions.

Cheryl began her career in computer science before amassing nearly 15 years of combined experience in marketing, photography, and social media management. She strongly believes in the value of creativity in marketing, and this influence is obvious in her unique, eye-catching approach to problem solving.

Outside of work, she frequents local theme parks and puts her skills behind the camera to use in gardens, zoos, and live entertainment.

Michael Whitman

Manager, Digital Programs

Michael oversees our cutting-edge workplace modernization programs, as well as internal operations. Michael's background begins in aerospace and defense, where he spent nearly a decade working on high-tech programs to streamline business processes, reduce overhead, and improve efficiency and morale. He later made the shift to consult for small businesses before founding a company to help them access tools that are traditionally reserved for sprawling enterprises.

He's always been a firm believer in "work smarter, not harder," and champions the idea that efficiency and automation should be used to improve the experience for everyone in an organization--not just the bottom line. His work over the years has realized hundreds of thousands of dollars in cost avoidance, and he has managed programs budgeted at over half a billion dollars. Through all of that, he's been guided by a theory that an organization's success is driven by the final stretch--front-line employees and customer relations--and it's that belief that powers most of his solutions.

Michael received his BS in Business/Project Management from Capella University. He holds certifications from Stanford, MIT, Microsft, and the Project Management Institute (PMI).
